With "LIVE" video classes
customers can register from the APP
and participate from home!

(Skype app required for customer. However, it is not necessary that you have a Skype account. With the downloaded app you can log in as a guest)

Download Skype and create your free account

(If you don't have it yet) by clicking here: https://www.skype.com/it/

Create the schedule of your video classes

(Exactly as if you were organizing the class in your center; therefore using all the desired options: bookings, visibility, enrollment and unsubscription limits, credits, etc.)

If you want, copy from this text the instructions to insert in the class specifications:
"If you sign up for this class, a few minutes before it starts, you will receive a link by e-mail from BookyWay. Clicking this link from your Smartphone or PC, you will enter the class directly. You will be able to see your instructor in "LIVE" mode, and, if you wish, talk and show if you are performing the exercise correctly."

A few minutes before the class, log into Skype and click on the "MEET NOW" button”

Copy the link

Click on “Start call”

Open the booking page of the BookyWay class and click on the "SEND AN EMAIL TO ALL CLIENTS" button”

Paste the link and enter the basic instructions, see example of instructions below:

Hello to everyone! Are you ready? Click on this link (paste the link copied before) to participate in the class.

CLICK ON "OK" AND THE MESSAGE WILL BE SENT

The customers will receive an email with the link and by clicking they will be inside your class.

WAIT FOR ALL TO CONNECT AND START THE VIDEO CLASS!

Testimonial live Bookyway

Advantages of LIVE Classes compared to sharing or sending a movie:

1

I can manage bookings through BookyWay exactly as I did with classes in the fitness room.

2

I know who will participate.

3

I can have those who have purchased credits or have an active subscription book the lesson (maybe less, but I can make it pay if I consider it correct. The payments can then be managed via PayPal, wire transfers, or other remote systems).

4

I can use all the booking options as I did for standard classes (unsubscription limit, booking limit, credits etc.).

5

I will be able to manage the statistics of these video classes through BookyWay tools (essential to realize how this market will be in the future, to outline which are the most likely categories of future customers. It could become a collateral activity even after the crisis).

6

Psychologically, for your client, a LIVE class is not even comparable to watching a movie, which can interrupt, not be concentrated, in short, not give the real value that your work must instead have!

7

Only your clients participate in the "LIVE" session (and you see who they are). The video instead runs everywhere, and you don't know who's watching.

8

If I want, I can interact with clients during the class (if desired, the client can temporarily activate the microphone or the camera to ask or show something to the instructor).
